Short-term loans (e.g., payday loans)
Peer-to-peer lending connections between borrowers and lenders
Loan calculators and financial tools
Customer support and account management

Loan approval, terms, and amounts are subject to assessment, local regulations, and your financial history.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.

Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and not to:

Misrepresent personal or financial information.
Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive practices.
Interfere with system functionality or security.
Violate any applicable federal or provincial laws.

Loan Agreements

All loan agreements entered into via the Platform are legally binding contracts. Borrowers and lenders agree to:

Review and accept all terms, including fixed fees, repayment schedules, and applicable interest (if any).
Make or accept payments as agreed.
Use the loan only for lawful personal or business purposes.

Payday Express is not a party to any loan contract unless explicitly stated.

Fees and Payments

We charge transparent, fixed service fees disclosed before any agreement. Additional charges, such as late payment fees or processing charges, will also be outlined in your loan agreement.

We reserve the right to update our fee structure with prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, logos, and software are the exclusive property of Payday Express Inc. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content without our prior written consent.

Privacy and Security

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Payday Express is not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid us in the preceding 6 months.

Indemnification

Changes to Terms
